sunlight. Pull the blinds or use drapes when the sun is most intense.
Rotate or rearrange your furniture occasionally. Clean up liquid spills
promptly, as moisture is another element that can damage your furniture.
Gently blot the liquid up without rubbing the furniture. Use coasters
under cold beverage glasses and saucers under cups of hot liquid. Be
sure flower pots have a bottom plate. When you water potted plants, make
sure the water doesn't spill onto your furniture.
